1. Purpose
This policy applies when anyone uses fantasy-jerseys.com, submits text or prompts, uploads content, creates a design or places an order. It protects customers, rights holders, our suppliers and Hormiguitas Limited T/A Fantasy Jerseys.
2. Your responsibility
You must own or have permission to use and reproduce all submitted content. Permission must cover the way the content will be used on a manufactured product. Buying, finding or downloading an image does not necessarily grant those rights.
You are responsible for checking the legal and factual accuracy of your design. Our ability to process an upload does not mean that we have approved it or confirmed your rights.
3. Prohibited content and use
Do not upload, request, generate or order content that includes or promotes:
- real club, team, league, tournament or association logos without permission;
- protected trade marks, sponsor marks, brand names, kits or other source identifiers without permission;
- copyrighted artwork, photographs, characters or graphics without permission;
- a person's image, name, signature or likeness without appropriate permission;
- an image of a child without parent, guardian or other lawful authority;
- hate, abuse, harassment, threats, extremist support or incitement to violence;
- sexually explicit or exploitative material;
- defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, privacy-invasive or otherwise unlawful content;
- impersonation of a person, team, business, public body or rights holder;
- malicious code, credential theft, security testing without permission or interference with the service; or
- a design or presentation likely to mislead people into believing an unofficial item is official, licensed, sponsored or endorsed merchandise.
Parody, commentary or fan inspiration can still infringe rights or mislead buyers. If in doubt, use original elements or obtain written permission.
4. Our response
We may use automated and manual checks. Where a design reasonably appears problematic, we may ask for evidence, remove or disable content, refuse a preview, pause production, cancel an order, restrict an account or preserve relevant records.
We will act proportionately and consider available evidence. We are not required to manufacture content simply because payment was attempted or a previous check did not flag it. A refund following refusal will be handled under the Terms and Conditions and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
5. Licence needed to fulfil an order
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You give us and the service providers needed to fulfil your request a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, adapt, transmit and reproduce it solely for preview generation, checks, manufacture, delivery, support, security and legal compliance.
6. Reporting concerns
Rights holders should use our Intellectual Property Takedown Policy. Other concerns can be sent to [customer support email — TBC] with enough detail for us to identify the content or order.
7. Repeat or serious misuse
Repeated infringement, evasion of controls, fraudulent evidence or serious unlawful content may lead to account restriction or termination and, where required, referral to a platform, payment provider or competent authority.
8. Policy changes
The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. Updated rules apply to future site use and future orders from the effective date shown. We will not use a later policy to manufacture a retrospective breach where the earlier rules applied.
