1. Scope

This code states the minimum expectations of Hormiguitas Limited T/A Fantasy Jerseys for manufacturers, OEMs, fulfilment partners and material suppliers. A supplier should communicate equivalent expectations to relevant subcontractors.

2. Lawful and ethical manufacturing

Suppliers must comply with applicable laws, licences and product requirements in every location where work is performed. They must not use bribery, falsify records or conceal material subcontracting.

3. Labour standards

Suppliers must:

  • prohibit forced, bonded, trafficked, involuntary prison or other compulsory labour;
  • prohibit unlawful child labour and verify age lawfully;
  • allow workers to leave employment subject to lawful notice and without unlawful retention of identity documents or recruitment debt;
  • prevent harassment, abuse and unlawful discrimination;
  • pay at least lawful wages and benefits; and
  • comply with lawful working-hour, rest and overtime requirements.

4. Health and safety

Suppliers must provide safe and hygienic conditions, appropriate training and protective equipment, safe machinery and chemicals, emergency procedures, fire safety and access to drinking water and sanitation as required by law.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Suppliers must use customer artwork and Fantasy Jerseys materials only to fulfil authorised work. They must protect confidential information, prevent unauthorised overruns or sales, and respect third-party intellectual-property rights.

6. Product quality and traceability

Suppliers must follow agreed specifications, use approved materials, perform proportionate quality checks, report material defects or substitutions promptly and maintain reasonable production and shipment records.

7. Information and cooperation

Suppliers should provide accurate answers to reasonable due-diligence questions and relevant evidence such as licences, policies, certifications or corrective-action records. A document or certification is not a substitute for truthful disclosure.

8. Concerns and corrective action

Suppliers must report serious labour, safety, legality, security, product or intellectual-property concerns affecting our orders. We may request a time-bound corrective-action plan and evidence of completion.

9. Serious or repeated breach

Hormiguitas Limited T/A Fantasy Jerseys may pause new work or stop using a supplier where a serious concern, repeated breach, concealment or failure to improve creates unacceptable risk. We will consider worker welfare and the possible effect of abrupt disengagement when choosing a response.
