1. Previews are illustrative

AI-generated or AI-assisted images are concept previews, not photographs or exact production specifications. They help explore a design but do not guarantee that a manufactured jersey will match every pixel, texture, shape or detail.

2. Why a final jersey can differ

Differences can arise from:

screen colour and brightness settings;
lighting and simulated shadows in a render;
available thread, ink, fabric and trim colours;
fabric texture, stretch, seams and panel construction;
print, sublimation, embroidery or appliqué methods;
production tolerances and manual artwork preparation; and
an AI system inventing, omitting, distorting or misplacing details.

3. Check before ordering

Customers must check spelling, names, numbers, logos, colours, size, placement, orientation and the overall layout before checkout. If separate production artwork or an approval proof is supplied, that later proof should be checked carefully because it may control manufacture [confirm workflow — TBC].

4. Rights and appropriate content

AI output can unintentionally resemble existing brands, team marks, artwork or people. The customer remains responsible for ensuring the requested and selected design is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. The Acceptable Use and Upload Policy applies to prompts, source images and generated output.

5. Manual adjustment or refusal

We or an OEM partner may make reasonable technical adjustments needed for manufacture. If an adjustment is material, we should seek approval where practicable. We may refuse, pause or cancel a design that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, offensive or technically unsuitable.

6. Errors and remedies

AI limitations do not remove rights where the supplied product is faulty, not as described or does not match an agreed production specification. They do mean that an illustrative render alone should not be treated as a promise of a pixel-perfect result.
