2. These terms
These terms govern use of the site and orders placed with us. Separate policies on privacy, cookies, returns, delivery, acceptable uploads, intellectual property and AI previews form part of these terms where relevant.
The terms shown and accepted at checkout apply to that order. We may update our policies for future site use, future orders and ongoing account use from the effective date shown. We will not apply a later version retrospectively to an earlier order unless the law requires it or the customer agrees. We may ask users to accept updated terms before placing another order.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.
3. Using the site
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the site lawfully. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it to create unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing products.
The storefront and checkout may rely on Shopify. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability is outside our direct control, but this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.
4. Designs and uploaded content
You must own, or have all permissions needed to use, every name, image, logo, trade mark, design, photograph and other item you upload or ask us to reproduce. In particular, do not use real club or team logos, league marks, player imagery, sponsor branding or other protected material without permission.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, adapt and share that content only as reasonably needed to provide previews, review the design, manufacture and deliver the order, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We may review, refuse, pause or cancel a design or order that reasonably appears unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe or misleading. Our review does not transfer responsibility for your content to us or confirm that it is lawful.
5. Product previews and customisation
Design previews, including 3D and AI-generated previews, are illustrative. The final product may differ because of screen settings, lighting, fabric, garment construction, sizing, print or embroidery methods, production tolerances and manual adjustments. AI output may contain errors or unexpected details.
Before ordering, check names, spelling, numbers, colours, sizing, placement and uploaded artwork carefully. A preview is not a guarantee that the manufactured jersey will match pixel-for-pixel. We may make reasonable production adjustments or ask for approval where a material change is needed.
6. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours, measurements, fabric weight, texture and placement can vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Size guides are guidance rather than a guarantee of fit. Please contact us before ordering if a measurement is critical.
Products may be made and dispatched by OEM or fulfilment partners. Fantasy Jerseys products are custom products and are not official club, league or player merchandise unless we expressly say otherwise.
7. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt; it does not mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or begin production, whichever happens first.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, the product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, delivery is not possible, or the design appears unlawful or contrary to our Acceptable Use and Upload Policy. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount unless the law permits another outcome and we explain it.
8. Prices and payment
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. The checkout should state whether taxes are included. International customers may also be responsible for import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed locally, unless checkout says otherwise.
Payment is handled by Shopify Payments, Stripe or another displayed provider. We do not normally receive full card details. Payment may be subject to fraud and authorisation checks.
9. Production and delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Custom work may start soon after acceptance. OEM, carrier, customs, weather and other delays can occur. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
10. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Custom or clearly personalised goods may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal exception applies. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Cancellation may still be possible before production begins. See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy before ordering.
11. Intellectual property
The site, software, Fantasy Jerseys name and branding, original templates, site content and other materials owned by us or our licensors remain protected by intellectual property law. Except as needed to use the site normally, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without permission.
12. Availability and third-party services
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary. Shopify, Stripe, hosting, database, AI, analytics, email, carrier and fulfilment services may be unavailable or change their own terms. We remain responsible for obligations that the law does not allow us to pass to a third party.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by information or content you supplied, except where the law says otherwise.
If you use the site wholly for business purposes, our aggregate liability arising from an order will, to the extent legally permitted, be limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential business loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or opportunity.
14. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep affected customers informed and provide any remedy required by law.
15. Ending or restricting access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the site, third-party rights or our operations, or where these terms are materially breached. We will act proportionately and this does not affect rights relating to an existing order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country where they live. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without preventing a consumer from using any court rights available in their home country.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to [customer support email — TBC]. Our Contact and Complaints Policy explains how complaints are handled.
